Microsoft opened its first technology center in Central Europe in Warsaw

At its Warsaw headquarters, Microsoft has opened the first Microsoft Technology Center in Central Europe and 46 in the world. Customers from Poland will be able to use the Microsoft competence and technological knowledge laboratory as well as the company's partners in it. MTC is not only a designer and technology-filled space for meetings and exchange of experience, but also a "branch for special tasks in the area of ​​digital transformation", in which experts will help clients and jointly identify with them and solve the challenges their organizations face.

Our mission in the Polish branch of Microsoft is to support Polish clients in their quest to transform their businesses based on new technologies. The Microsoft Technology Center launched in Poland is proof of the maturity of the Polish market and the need for a partner approach to digital transformation projects in which each client is treated individually. The essence of MTC is in-depth cooperation with each client, taking into account its industry specificity, challenges, business priorities and vision for development. I am convinced that in this way we will help our clients achieve their intended goals regarding digital transformation and, as a result, will contribute to the development of a strong digital economy.

MTC will be inviting customers from both the commercial and public sectors who have already entered the digital transformation path and are using cloud solutions. They will have at their disposal technical experts, a space to exchange experiences, test infrastructure, as well as access to Microsoft technology and its partners. In addition to sessions for individual clients, educational sessions will also be conducted on all Microsoft cloud technologies.

The MTC presents, among others "Get to know your client" scenario, which allows to better understand his needs, as well as 14 solutions of partners from industries such as trade, finance, production, agriculture or even the functioning of the city of the future. Perfect Data, Leaware & M4B present their solutions in the so-called MTC Avenue of Innovation. RedNT, Agrisolutions, Ilabo, Solution4Labs, Pentacomp, Photon, eCom, Billennium, Digital Fingerprints, Seedia, Talking Things and 3D Printer.

The path in Microsoft Technology Center leads from defining the problem to working out the solution and preparing it for implementation at the client's. Usually this process takes many months. At MTC, thanks to the availability of experts on site and the conditions created to focus on the result, this process can be shortened to several days, depending on the complexity of the project. MTC is a place where technology connects our customers and partners to successfully implement the vision of business development. Our main task is to cooperate so that Polish companies get effective tools to compete in a highly competitive market, and public institutions become more and more citizen-friendly.

According to data from 2017 56% of the largest Polish companies implement the strategy of digital transformationin which modern technologies such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning and the Internet of Things play a key role.
